A Thoughtful, Integrative Approach to Healing

I’m Erin, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD, and I offer a collaborative, insight-driven approach to therapy for individuals seeking meaningful and lasting change. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is most effective when it honors the whole person—mind, body, and lived experience. I specialize in helping clients move beyond symptom management by developing awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and reshaping ingrained patterns that no longer serve them. Drawing from neuropsychotherapy and cognitive frameworks with a Rogerian foundation, I integrate evidence-based modalities, including mindfulness, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and additional approaches as clinically appropriate. Each therapeutic relationship is carefully tailored—never one-size-fits-all. My practice supports individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, depression, and identity-related concerns, including LGBTQIA+ experiences. Clients often seek my practice for its depth, intentionality, and discretion.
